Order in Council 1131/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Macpherson, in the Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2724-51, being a Designation Plan of A Proposed Highway filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay November 7, 2018, be designated as a King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
