Order in Council 1134/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS Larry Kieswetter of Elmira, reappointed by Order in Council 1518/2022 as a part-time member of the Ontario Food Terminal Board, passed away on June 21, 2024;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario Food Terminal Act, as amended, and section 77 of the Legislation Act, 2006, as amended, Order in Council 1518/2022 be revoked effective immediately.
