On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Pittsburgh, now in the City of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation,

  1. shown as Parts 1 to 4 on Ministry Plan P-3069-100 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on November 5, 2018, be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended;
  2. shown as Parts 5 to 7 on Ministry Plan P-3069-100 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on November 5, 2018, be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and

the designation as a controlled-access highway as described in Schedule 167 to Regulation 394, R.R.O. 1970 as made by O. Reg. 34/79 and shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2628-152 be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Part 2 on the above said Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3069-100.
