Order in Council 1141/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1103/2013, dated August 7, 2013, Dr. Mark Allan Trecarten was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Mark Allan Trecarten has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective February 21, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1103/2013, dated August 7, 2013, appointing Dr. Mark Allan Trecarten as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
