Order in Council 1181/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Lawrence Kelly as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 1021/2016 dated June 22, 2016;

And whereas Lawrence Kelly resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

And whereas it is necessary that his appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council 1021/2016 is hereby revoked effective May 3, 2018.
