Order in Council 1182/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Vito Sgro as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 1553/2016 dated October 19, 2016;

And whereas Vito Sgro resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

And whereas it is necessary that his appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council 1553/2016 is hereby revoked effective May 2, 2018.
