Order in Council 1190/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tyrone Skanes of Kitchener, reappointed by O.C. 86/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective June 30, 2023;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Physiotherapy Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 86/2023 be revoked.
