Order in Council 1226/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 814/2012, dated May 30, 2012, Dr. Michael A. Curtis was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Michael A. Curtis has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 15, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 814/2012, dated May 30, 2012, appointing Dr. Michael A. Curtis as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
