Order in Council 1227/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 214/2014, dated February 12, 2014, Dr. Angela Dorothea Guenther was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Angela Dorothea Guenther has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective July 2, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 214/2014, dated February 12, 2014, appointing Dr. Angela Dorothea Guenther as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
