Order in Council 123/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Kevin Lundy was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 224/2022;

And whereas Kevin Lundy tendered his resignation effective November 30, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 224/2022 be revoked effective November 30, 2023.
