Order in Council 1232/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lindsay Lawrence has been appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council 1146/2021, effective September 2, 2021.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(24) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 and despite Order in Council O.C. 2310/2017, as amended by Order in Council O.C. 893/2018,

Lindsay Lawrence be paid annual remuneration of $146,311 during the term of this appointment;

Further, that Lindsay Lawrence be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and be entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan;

And Further, that Lindsay Lawrence be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out her duties for the Ontario Labour Relations Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
