Order in Council 1233/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1307/2005, dated August 18, 2005, Dr. Tarek M. Sardana was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Tarek M. Sardana has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 6, 2010;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1307/2005, dated August 18, 2005, appointing Dr. Tarek M. Sardana as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
