Order in Council 1236/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1268/2014, dated October 22, 2014, Dr. Shelley Ann Marie Turner was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Shelley Ann Marie Turner has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective August 31, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1268/2014, dated October 22, 2014, appointing Dr. Shelley Ann Marie Turner as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
