Order in Council 1252/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council has considered the knowledge, skill and experience of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario in areas pertaining to the health sector, information technology, business and financial matters, including management of public and private sector organizations in selecting the individual below;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02,

Peter Fenwick of Calgary

be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
