Order in Council 1240/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1899/2001, dated August 29, 2001, Dr. Richard A. Zizzo was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Richard A. Zizzo has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective November 23, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1899/2001, dated August 29, 2001, appointing Dr. Richard A. Zizzo as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
