Order in Council 1266/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Cyndee Todgham Cherniak of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Cyndee Todgham Cherniak was appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective March 25, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 332/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 332/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
