Order in Council 1268/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Catherine Taylor of Etobicoke was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee to serve as a member of the Resources Sector Audit Committee subcommittee by Order in Council O.C. 1819/2019 dated December 6, 2019;

And whereas it is desirable to re-appoint Catherine Taylor to the Ontario Internal Audit Committee to serve as chair of the Resources Sector Audit Committee subcommittee;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act,

Catherine Taylor of Etobicoke

be appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee to serve as chair of the Resources Sector Audit Committee subcommittee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made; and

Order in Council O.C. 1819/2019 is hereby revoked.
