Order in Council 1276/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 926/2022 dated April 7, 2022, Norma Kraay was appointed as a trustee of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection for a period not exceeding three years effective April 7, 2022;

And whereas Ms. Kraay is now to be designated as vice-chair of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection;

And whereas Ms. Kraay’s designation as vice-chair cannot outlast her appointment as a trustee;

Now therefore, Pursuant to section 3 of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act,

Norma Kraay of Toronto

be designated as vice-chair of the board of trustees of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the earlier of April 6, 2025 or the date of the revocation of O.C. 926/2022, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
