Order in Council 1277/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 2665/85 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Haliburton as Instrument 136747 and shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2722-58, designating a portion of highway under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation as King’s Highway in the Township of Algonquin Highlands, Geographic Township of McClintock, County of Haliburton be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of Lot 7, Concession 13 shown as part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the said Land Registry Office as Plan 19R-10128 (P-2722-62).
