Order in Council 1295/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Helen Song was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 9, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1676/2021;

And whereas Helen Song was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective December 9, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1679/2021;

And whereas Helen Song tendered her resignation effective July 1, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Orders in Council O.C. 1676/2021 and 1679/2021 be revoked effective July 1, 2022.
