Order in Council 1314/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Shannon Braun of Mount Brydges be reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 5, 2021.
