Order in Council 1320/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Catherine Bickley was reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective January 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1750/2016;

And whereas Catherine Bickley tendered her resignation effective August 6, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1750/2016 be revoked effective August 6, 2016.
