Order in Council 1320/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 5(1 )(b) of the University of Westem Ontario Act, 1982, Michael Surkont of Mississauga, be appointed as a member of the University of Western Ontario Board of Governors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding four years, effective the date of this Order.
