Order in Council 1325/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 969/2015, dated July 22, 2015, Dr. Christopher Scott McColl was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Christopher Scott McColl has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 31, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 969/2015, dated July 22, 2015, appointing Dr. Christopher Scott McColl as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
