Order in Council 1329/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 89/91, dated January 21, 1991, Dr. William S. Tsuchida was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. William S. Tsuchida has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective September 22, 2013;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 89/91, dated January 21, 1991, appointing Dr. William S. Tsuchida as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
