Order in Council 1333/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, S.O. 1992, c.21, as re-enacted by section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, S.O.1958, c.48,

Kelly Russell, of Thunder Bay, Ontario

is hereby reappointed as a member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board for a term not to exceed three years commencing with the date of approval of this Order in Council.
