Order in Council 1340/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(9) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Walter Vincent Clifford, a regional senior judge, be reappointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective September 25, 2023.
