Order in Council 1351/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9 (2) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017,

Connie Dejak of Toronto

be designated Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
