Order in Council 1352/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Suzanne Howes by Order-in-Council 17/2021 is hereby revoked, effective August 1, 2023, as Ms. Howes resigned as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee.
