Order in Council 1353/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Kathy MacPherson by Order-in-Council 126/2021 is hereby revoked, effective July 31, 2023, as Ms. MacPherson resigned as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee.
