Order in Council 1354/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016,

Stewart Lyons of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time director of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”), and as such continues as a member of the Authority, for a fixed term of three years effective October 22, 2023.
