Order in Council 1355/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006,

Angela Coke

be appointed Chair of the Public Service Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term concurrent with the balance of her appointment under Order in Council O.C. 1021/2015 as Deputy Minister of Government and Consumer Services, effective October 17, 2016;

and further that Order in Council O.C. 1025/2015 be revoked effective October 17, 2016.
