Order in Council 1362/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Heather Trojek of Ancaster be reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of February 8, 2019, or the date of this Order in Council.
