On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chair of the Office of the Worker Adviser and the Chair of the Office of the Employer Adviser are appointed pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario,

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario,

    1. The Chair of the Office of the Worker Adviser shall be compensated at the rate of $225 per diem;
    2. The Chair of the Office of the Employer Adviser shall be compensated at the rate of $225 per diem;
  2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Office of the Worker Adviser or Office of the Employer Adviser in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
