Order in Council 1368/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Scott Gregory Pratt, Barrister and Solicitor of LaSalle, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 9, 2019.
