Order in Council 1370/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 42(4) and 42(5) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Jeanine E. LeRoy, a regional senior judge, be appointed as Associate Chief Justice – Co-ordinator of Justices of the Peace for a fixed term of six years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
