Order in Council 1371/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Terry Peter Waltenbury, Barrister and Solicitor of Hanmer, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective September 28, 2023.
