Order in Council 1373/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jeff Bangs of Pickering, who was reappointed by O.C. 1850/2022 as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury, has resigned his position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 13 (b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960, Order in Council 1850/2022 be revoked.
