Order in Council 1374/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Colleen McCleery of Toronto, who was reappointed by O.C. 690/2022 as a member of the board of governors of the Ontario College of Art & Design University, has resigned her position;

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Ontario College of Art & Design University Act, 2002, Order in Council 690/2022 be revoked.
