Order in Council 1382/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant tosubsections 250(1) and 250(3) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 (the “Act”),

Don Dalicandro of Burlington

be reappointed as a member and reappointed as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario for a fixed term ending on September 30, 2019, effective January 1, 2019;

and further that Order in Council 377/2017 be revoked, effective January 1, 2019.
