Order in Council 1383/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katie Osborne was appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective September 8, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1194/2015;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Katie Osborne of Toronto be appointed part-time member and Associate Chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of five years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1194/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
