Order in Council 1392/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, Doug Colbourne of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 10, 2020.
