Order in Council 1396/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Debbi Nicholson of Sudbury, who was appointed by O.C. 1782/2021 as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury, has resigned her position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 13 (b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960, Order in Council 1782/2021 be revoked.
