Order in Council 1438/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Honourable Justice Stephen Joseph Fuerth was reappointed as regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the West Region by Order in Council O.C. 951/2017, for a term of three years effective May 7, 2017;

And whereas Regional Senior Justice Fuerth has advised that he will be ending his term effective February 1, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 42(6) of the Courts of Justice Act, Order in Council , O.C. 951/2017 be revoked, effective February 1, 2019.
