Order in Council 1438/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Ian David Isbester, Barrister and Solicitor of Napanee, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 12, 2023.
