Order in Council 1481/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 7 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, Mario Di Tommaso be reappointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management, effective from November 1, 2021 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
