On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, 

David Lemkay of Douglas

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
