Order in Council 1486/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1813/83, dated June 24, 1983, Dr. Peter Angus Clark was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and whereas Dr. Peter Angus Clark retired and has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective March 24, 2015;

therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1813/83, dated June 24, 1983, appointing Dr. Peter Angus Clark as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
