Order in Council 1488/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 558/2017, dated the 8th day of March, 2017, Paul G. Gardner was reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of four months effective from March 9, 2017;

and whereas it is desirable that Paul G. Gardner be further reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission;

therefore pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended,
Paul G. Gardner is hereby reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period of three months, effective from July 9, 2017.
