Order in Council 1496/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 751/2021 dated June 3, 2021, James Lundrigan was appointed as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of 3 years effective June 3, 2021;

And whereas James Lundrigan is now to be designated as vice-chair of the board of trustees of Science North;

And whereas Mr. Lundrigan’s designation as vice-chair cannot outlast his appointment as a trustee;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 4 of the Science North Act,

James Lundrigan of Chelmsford

be designated as vice-chair of the board of trustees of Science North for a period not exceeding the earlier of June 2, 2024 or the date of the revocation of O.C. 751/2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
